Here at Precision Build we believe a home should be a reflection and expression of the client and therefore each project is unique. We offer a ‘design to completion’ service to ensure your whole project is handled in house. With all details covered, from planning permission obtained to sourcing and matching all materials, you can have peace of mind throughout the whole process, from initial design to final build.
Meet the team
Jonny
Jonny heads up the team at Precision Build with over 20 years experience in the industry. Qualified in carpentry and joinery, he honed his craft by working in high-end property renovation, involving all aspects of the building trade. Specialising in the finer details, including bespoke fitted furniture and staircases, Jonny’s skill set is especially suited to the creative and artisan side of the building trade. Be it period features and barn conversions or intricate loft conversions and bespoke garden rooms, he is highly artistic and will find creative, efficient solutions for every situation required.
Nathan
Managing both the sales and groundwork teams, Nathan blends his creativity with leadership in a way that inspires and motivates everyone involved, while fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration can thrive. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys making music and mentoring/coaching others.
The team
Depending on the size of the project, we have a great team at hand with each member contributing a different skill set. Having worked together for several years, we’ve fostered a bond of trust and respect that makes every project feel seamless; we know how to communicate effectively, adapt to challenges, and deliver exceptional results.
Based near Daventry, we cover Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and North Oxfordshire.
